Standard Delivery - £3.95
We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and your goods should arrive within 3 5 working days. All deliveries need a signature, so we recommend you use a daytime address.
Express Delivery - £7.95
Orders received before 12pm on weekdays will be sent Royal Mail Express Delivery. Please allow two working days, but goods are usually received the next working day. The delivery will require a signature.
International Delivery. Europe £10, Rest of the World £15.00
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver goods over 2 kilos in weight outside of the UK.
UK Delivery of Goods Over 2 Kilos - eg. Hunter Boots
A charge of £8.00 First Class Recorded Delivery will automatically be added at checkout.
All deliveries need a signature, so please use a day-time address. If you are not in when the parcel arrives the postman will leave a note advising where you can collect the parcel.
You will be notified when your parcel is about to be dispatched. Should your parcel not arrive within the expected timeframe, please call us on 01628 472223 and we will track your parcel for you.
We only capture payment when your goods are ready to be dispatched. We make all online payments through Paypal or Online Streamline Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) for your security.
If you prefer you may place your order over the phone and our in-store support staff will process your order.

Availability of your order will be confirmed by email.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that you may want to return items that are not suitable. If you return goods to us in their original condition with original packaging and labels attached, within 14 days of the date on the receipt, we will exchange or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Sale items may be refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be unused with original packaging, tags and receipt.

Please note that the returns parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend that you send it by Recorded Delivery. Please note that Returns Postage cannot be refunded.
Local Customers and Returns
Local customers may return goods bought online to the shop. However we are unable to issue refunds through the Till. Refunds will be made electronically through Paypal or SSL.
